Ideally you will have a consistent record of achievement, have an excellent academic record, and will have worked on major IS/business change programmes within central government or defence.
You should be able to demonstrate the practical application of IS/technical skills while working for a major consultancy or systems integrator with government and defence clients. In addition a demonstrable capability for business development, or certification in MSP, PRINCE2, Business Analysis, Agile or similar would be beneficial.

As a Cyber Security Consultant you will undertake a number of assignments such as: providing security expertise to major system procurements and Agile programmes, and identifying and analysing information risks.
As a Lead Cyber Security Consultant at Actica, you will have the opportunity to lead multiple, small Actica teams in their support to a wide range of high-profile UK public sector and defence organisations.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to progress from a post graduate technology role (or similar) into a client facing technical consultant position at Actica.
The Consultant Solution / Technical Architect role is a career development role that will provide you with the opportunity to support a wide range of UK public sector and defence organisations at the same time as building your skills and experience in information technology consulting and solution architecture.
You should be able to demonstrate the practical application of IS/technical skills while working for a major consultancy or systems integrator with government and defence clients.
As a Technical Architect you will have expertise in analysing and developing technical architectures and will have an understanding of the technologies and operational processes required to achieve this.
The data architect will be responsible for visualizing and designing a client’s enterprise data management framework and providing advice and designs relating to data analytics solutions.
