Key characteristics
Ideally you will have a consistent record of achievement, have an excellent academic record, and will have worked on major IS/business change programmes within central government or defence.
You should be able to demonstrate the practical application of IS/technical skills while working for a major consultancy or systems integrator with government and defence clients. In addition a demonstrable capability for business development, or certification in MSP, PRINCE2, Business Analysis, Agile or similar would be beneficial.
