You need to be proactive in your approach to problem solving, and have excellent academic qualifications at degree level in a numerate subject. Many of our staff also hold higher research qualifications such as Masters/PhDs. To these foundations we add the training and support necessary for you to develop confidence in your ability to tackle and find practical solutions to real business problems.
Approximately half of our hires each year are those straight from university with little or no commercial experience.
The ethos of ‘grow your own’ has been in place since our inception. Graduate consultants work in teams with Consultants who provide expertise and assistance in development and progression.
