Aside from delivering the best possible service to clients, we strive to make a positive impact on society. We operate an internal Diversity and Inclusion Forum and have links with two external charities: one providing welfare, health and support services for the UK military’s serving personnel, veterans, and their families (SSAFA); and one focused on social mobility, helping everyone realise their full career potential regardless of social background (upReach) – our staff volunteer to give career talks to students in the programme, sharing their knowledge and experience.
